Extend multi-hour demo to be a feature complete bidding strategy

Should not be hardcoded for 24 hours, but should be able to handle:

  • base demand (i.e., no flexibility)
  • multiple demand columns with different flexibilities

Should bid ceiling price when demand must be satisfied in the current bidding window

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
