Enhance performance

The current bidding strategy is computationally inefficient: it takes way too much time to run. As revealed by the scaling benchmark experiment runs, it takes more than 12-hours to run the simulation for a horizon_length=4464 (half a year) and spatial_granularity=1 (about 15 satellite models, generators are on the central side of the implementation)
