Script for generating asset configurations for pure electrical load shifting using storage assets

Description

To create asset (converter + storage combinations) configurations for shifting purely electrical loads such as cooking and laundry so that there is no inter-day shifting. The 'storage' should not charge extra during one day to be discharged the next day. So we force storage to discharge the same day using a dummy converter.
