Collaboration features

There are a number of features focused on collaboration that need to be explored and added to the manual.

Hypothesis (already in several books); should point out account creation is needed and find a "policy" for incorporating suggestions and clearing them
edit GL repo button is interesting, but needs time and exploration

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
