edits made in MUDE book during week 2.8 2023

since submodule is not yet set up, compile a list here, then make changes.

• add probability to the dam exercise Q1

created branch 9-edits-made-in-mude-book-during-week-2-8-2023 to address this issue

paint exercise, found by Joao, a rounding issue

Also added a video page and contamination example page

exam week edits here (mix of RR and non-RR edits)

also will need to go back to the sample exam page, Q5 and replace the figure (only left a note about the error). in general, would be good to double check ALL FN curve calculations and procedures.

All easy changes made (in branch post-mude). Incomplete items have been incorporated into Issue #10 #11 and #12 (closed).
