+January 2020: knitting machine machine installed 
+February 2020: oiled the needle bed

+**12-05-2020:** air ventilation was added to at back of knitting machine, to prevent the smell of the oil from going into the lab
+
+**19-05-2020:** 
+- oiled the needle bed
+- oiled the carriage travel beams (on top)
+note: there is quite some black residue (? not sure if its oily yarns dust) on the carriage travel beams. Should be removed next time
+
