## Accepting an order
Here you can read about how to accept an order for the [Connex](Connex).
1. Discuss whether the print can be made. Take into account the amount of time you have to spend preparing the file and when the client needs the print to be ready. If the print can be made, proceed to step 2.
2. Copy the files from the client's drive to the `Dropbox/Connex3/Pending/[todaysdate]/[clientsname]` folder
3. Open the files in GrabCAD Print
4. Assign the material of each part based on the file name. If the file name does not reflect the material, ask the client to rename them.

9. Add the print to the Google Calendar called `Connex Planning`.
10. Start the print when it is planned.
11. Mark the invoice as 'sent' in the `Connex Invoices` file when the print starts.
_P.S. If it is possible to combine a few different prints in the same 'printing session', it willbe somewhat more efficient then printing them seperately._
