code cells not collapsed

Throughout the textbook, code cells are not collapsed, which is distracting since it is not a programming course.

This is paritcularly bad with the cells at the top of notebooks like this one:

This one in fact should be completely hidden

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
