Remove not fully implemented DSP functionality

There are a few API calls for DSP functionality, but they are not used and not fully implemented. The DSP functionality will be removed from the code. When there is an active use case then we can implement it completely.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
