Separate generation of waveform from upload

Separation of waveform generation and upload can improve performance.

The waveform generation can be done while the AWG is playing a waveform. Unfortunately, there is a bug in the AWG that does not allow reliable upload of waveforms when it is playing at full speed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
