HVI time markers do not correct for channel delays
Created by: sldesnoo-Delft
The reference point for t = 0 can shift for all channels due to channel delays. The HVI markers do not correct for this delay. The channel delay can shift t in both directions:
- When a negative channel delay is set of at least one channel, then all other channels are shifted backward
- When a positive channel delay is added to every channel, then all channels are shifted forward by the minimum channel delay.

, how accurate should the HVI markers be? What are practical limits for the channel delays? +/- 10 ns (10 ns is almost 3 m cable length)
