discussion: filename convention

discuss the change in file names with the others.

For example, should the PAR number and site name be included in the file name or not? If yes, in which order?

All this information is already in the csv file, so do we really need it in the file name as well? Might be good for redundancy and quality control purposes but also makes it more likely for something to be messed up.
