add CSV headers to F90, F91 and F93

These headers are already present in https://gitlab.tudelft.nl/ruisdael/disdrodlv2/-/blob/main/config_GV_008.yml#L11

The column headers for F90, F91 and F93 are missing. Agreed, they are not the most exciting but we should provide them. Something like field90_val1, field90_val2 etc.. would probably suffice.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
