create seperate netCDF for F61

Using self.path_netCDF_f61 = data_dir / f'{data_fn_start}_f61.nc' create separate netCDF for F61 when the first F61 values of the day are captured

do not create netCDF for F61, until the F61 values of the day are captured. There will be day with no F61 netcdf

  • create F61 netcdf, using the config*.yml files, the F61 netCDF should be independent and only include the information necessary (develop in parallel with tests)
  • write F61 data
    • dimensions: time, number of particles
    • variables diameter, velocity
