csv2netcdf conversion script

create a csv2netcdf conversion script.

How will you do the mapping between CSV columns and netcdf variables?

Do previous CSVs (from Saverio times) include headers? Look at them first.

Can the script convert also the log files? Maybe not, for now. LEt me start from CSV.
