parsivel006pi (Sluffter) does not identify Serial Cable

While testing the development branch of DisdroDL (writing to DB) and doing checks in all pis I found out that PAR006 (Slufter) was not running successfully.

The scripts logs tells me that the Serial interface /dev/ttyUSB0 was not found: tail -f /var/log/disdroDL/log_capture_disdro_data.py.json

And seeing in PAR006 wiki page that "A new data cable has been installed." on 2023.12.14 , that makes me think that there is an issue with that Serial-USB cable, which needs to be addressed.

@msourzac I can help you with how the Pi sees the device. But this kind of error tells me there is a issue with that cable or USB adapter, or (less likely) the USB port
