Log error messages if parsivel_lines variable is empty

Due to #93 (closed) I think it is important to have an Error returned when the parsivel_lines variable is empty.

after main.py#L49 parsivel.write('CS/PA\r\n'.encode('ascii')) # Output all telegram measurement values
