Added priorMean parameter to GPExactModule and GPSamplerModule

Merged Anne Poot requested to merge dirichlet-bcs into master

Options are 'zero', 'dirichlet' and 'neumann', of which 'dirichlet' is the default.

This affects the type of prior mean that is used.
