Minor changes to running benchmarks on snellius

  • Add command line argument for using logger in experiments
  • add instructions for bootstrapping venv in snellius with system module (recommended way by SURF)
  • add separate bash script snellius_setup to load modules, activate venv, and define env var GRB_LICENSE_FILE
