Cut new release: LoS with yaw, Spectral method of baselines

Let's create a new release to keep the released version in sync with develop. Notable features:

1. Allow the geometric method of calculating the perpendicular baseline with an arbitrary squint
2. Allow the create_los function to have a yaw. Useful for experimenting with different antenna yaws that can improve the performance.
3. Introduce the spectral method of computing the sensitivity, the temporal lag and the spectral shift.
