Changed the initial dates in the dateRangeInput section of the dashboard's UI

The color bar for points in the graph changes adjusts to the selected date range.

Fixed dimensions of the absolute panel and added title and box to show the selected location

the basic functionality of the app is there. Points are plotted according to dates and the graph shows up according to the clicked point.

Map is clicked, then data is selected for that point, it is further filtered and then it is plotted.

Instead of selecting the station from a map, all the stations will be showed in the graph and the users selects the date range for plotting the data.
