Resolve "Thebe Lite support (experimental)"

TODO:

  • Improve dark mode styling
  • Fix scratch cell bug - new cells take over output of last cell and any subsequent new cells
  • Improve documentation

Bonus features:

  • Ability to add scratch cells
  • Clear button for cell output

Notes: It doesn't seem possible to keep the Pyodide kernel across pages, since the web worker does not persist. Although I'm not totally sure if there's any workaround of whether I'm understanding this correctly.
