Prevent page refresh when in thebe interactive mode

This bit of code is meant to prevent students from accidentally quitting thebe interactive mode.

I wrote this bit of code for the Jupyterbook of the DSAIE course, and figured that it might be useful here as well.

It's my first time coding in JavaScript, so please check if I did not make some rookie mistake, but it seems to work all right.
