this is a major update that implements a rolling time horizon update. The time horizons for the scheduling problems and for updating of the schedule can be set separately to ensure some forward looking behavior when making the schedule. The simulation now runs based on a neighborhood object which has a current date. This current date is moved forward after every update period until the end time for the simulation.
