This reverts commit e3537ca6.

It needs changes on the Linux side, so reverting for now.

This reverts commit e4e5a77f.

We were defining both macros. Fix it by using changing to AEROFC_V1.
Also remove a leftover from board rename.

There are no blue/red LEDs and these names just causes confusion with
the "always-on LEDs".
