during program open, error: "Syntax error pattern"
Symptom During the loading of a program file in the Stoll machine there's a message "Error in sintral program" [needed here is a photo]
Solution this can only be fixed in the Stoll M1 software where the file has been made. Two settings have to be altered:
- step 1.
In menu pattern parameters: make sure that under Machine attributes >> should be: setup type = setup 1
- step 2. in Menu menu pattern parameters > configuration > further settings, deselect *YD yarn carrier distance, Optimize to * (so should be greyed out afterwards)
Background There's a mismatch with the software that we currently use (ver.....) and the Firmware of the Knitting machine
